Refund & Exchange Policy

At Laiba Hoor, we strive to ensure our customers receive what they love. However, due to the nature of our clothing products, we do not offer refunds — only exchanges under specific conditions.

Exchange is applicable if:
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ The product is damaged or defective
✔ You contact us within 2 days of delivery

Conditions:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• You must provide your order number and photo proof
• Exchange depends on product availability

Note:
We do not exchange based on size or color preferences. Slight shade variations are not considered valid for return.
